Whether in front of my house or in a nearby park, outdoor training brings a unique and invigorating dimension to fitness that my clients absolutely love. It’s more than just a workout; it’s an experience. Exercising outdoors allows my clients to reconnect with the natural world. Breathing in the fresh air, feeling the sun on their skin, and hearing the rustle of leaves can be incredibly refreshing, especially here in the Belgian climate. On top of that, we all know how fickle sunshine can be here, but when it graces us, it’s like a gift. Working out outdoors provides a healthy dose of vitamin D, lifting moods and energizing workouts. Outdoor spaces also provide room to breathe and move freely. Clients can stretch, jump, and sprint without confinement, making workouts more dynamic and engaging.
Finally, there’s something motivating about conquering workouts amidst the beauty of nature.

Here’s the deal: you get these quick, no-nonsense workouts that you fit in your schedule whenever suits you. Each workout plan comes with a handy PDF guide explaining the exercises and the overall plan. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket, your living room, next to you, but without breaking the bank!

This approach offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional personal training, while still delivering great results. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, my goal is to make your fitness journey fun, efficient and doable.

You can also train with me through videocalls. We schedule a training session as we would in real life, but I train you through a videocall. You still get the guidance and professional adjustments to your exercises and keep on getting the results you are looking for!
